We are a family-owned business based in Finland.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere!
3. How fast is shipping?
Inside Europe:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 working days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 working days
Outside Europe:
- Standard Shipping: 8-12 working days
- Express Shipping: 5-8 working days
4. How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping:
- Inside Europe: 4.95€
- Outside Europe: 6.95€
Express Shipping:
- Inside Europe: 7.95€
- Outside Europe: 14.95€ (Australia and New Zealand: 19.95€)
Free Standard Shipping worldwide for orders over 45€.
Free Express Shipping worldwide for orders over 55€.
5. How can I track my order?
Standard shipping does not include tracking. For express shipping, we will email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. If you contact us before dispatch, we can modify or cancel your order.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You are eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our refund policy for details.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return your order if it meets the conditions in our return policy. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
9. How do I upload or crop photos?
Click the "Add Photos" button and select the photos you want to upload from your device. You can crop them if needed. To add multiple copies of the same photo, reselect it using the "Add Photos" button as many times as you like.
